On a mundane level, the breathing process is akin to physically massaging your organs and visceral body. From the membrane between your nose and brain, to the spaces between the convoluted tubes of your stomach and abdominal wall, breath reaches parts of you untouched by just about every other aspect of our lives and activates areas long laying dormant.

What Science has yet to explain

When we start speculating about the connection of our emotional responses of our life histories and the state of our breathing and visceral health, it is not much of a leap to consider how we may be affected by this sort of breathing meditative session. The changes in morphology, the (healthy) shape and form of our organs, directly affected by the changes in our emotional wellbeing and sense of Peace and Wonder.

The Breathe/Release Process

When in the womb, or uterus, you gained your gaseous nutrition (amongst many other factors) through the Umbilical Cord from the Placenta. Finally. The act of “Breathing” is practiced towards the end of gestation, with the amniotic fluid circulating through your tiny lungs.
